What size of tort would this be suitable for?

I've just put Ruby into it, and she's nearly 3 and 103mm. I've been able to fill the soil quite deep without her being able to get out! I'm very impressed with it, it's great!

Sounds like I got a bargain too, if the new ones are £15.99.

From memory, I think the sides slope outwards slightly which is an advantage if they are the 'upright trying to escape' type of tort as they are less likely to topple backwards and upside down like one of mine does against vertical walls

The walls are slightly sloping at each end which will definitely help them stop falling backwards but they're not sloping enough to be able to climb out! They are great, I'm so excited about it, I wish I'd known about them sooner!

Got one similar last year but I think it was a potting table and i use it as a water bowl for my leopards, As it is cut down on one side and they can just walk in and out with no problems ( but only in the adult enclosure)

Well after once again shovelling soil and putting it into buckets to carry downstairs and dust flying everywhere when brushing the tables out, soil all over the floor I decided to change to these plastic mixing trays.

The wooden tables are too heavy really for my wife to carry downstairs and through the house (and I am not able) but these aren't and they are designed so the contents can be tipped out. Easy to clean as well. More expense however they haven't gone up to £15.99, they are still £13.99, they had been put in the wrong place and it was something else that was £15.99
