well i suppose your right i should av asked what he was treating her with but ive used this vet for years admittedly only for a dog but i suppose you learn to trust them can you tell me where i can find the specealist list please

Nicky what vet did you use , can you take some pictures maybe email them to vwplaygirl so she can upload them on here so we can see the problem.
You say your tortoise has had RNS for 6 weeks well this is a real major issue if this is correct as the disease will set in and prove extremely difficult to shift without specialist care. Your tortoise needs more than injectable Baytril injections at this stage you will certainly need a nasal wash of either f10 or an antibiotic based one as well. Darren

i will take munch to see the vet tomorrow he is not a specialist in torts but he is all i knew to go to i will have to find a specialist to see but i cant find 1 on the net where will i find a list please i really need to get this under control

look on the tort trust website or in ur yellow pages ...
no point in takeing the tort back to the normal vets if hes tryed to treat him but does not have a clue .. is there any chance u could email pics to me as others may be able to help a little more

thanks for all your help i will have to find a specialist will have to ring round tomorrow but according to the yellow mpages the vet i am using came up as rep spec in derbyshire

that was just a list of all vets in ur area u will have to ring around to find out if any have a rep specilist ..
thats why the vets u use came up
