Enclosure/Hawthorne Tree
Hi where my outside enclosure is going to be sited is over hanging Hawthorne tree,s
I read on the forum that conifer was ok to be near enclosure Does anyone know about Hawthorne,can it be toxic to torts.If it is i can prune it back. So the blossom and berrys dont fall into the enclosure Thanks Paul. |

Hi sorry about the post .Grasping at straws again was hoping someone was going to say the tree would not bother torts.
I think i will just cut it right back,to be on the safe side ill get the chainsaw. Cheers Paul |

Found answere to hawthorne question on Tortoise Trust site
For anyone reading this The berries that are shed from the tree are fruit and not good for non fruit eating torts,so its a no,no.And ive chopped it right back. Paul |
