Ordered CCTV

After the neighbours antisocial behaviour antics, I have ordered CCTV. It will put my mind at ease knowing they will think twice before doing anything to either my animals or our cars. I am so worried they will throw slug pellets in my chicken run or tort enclosures that are next to their fence. Also I am worried they will key one of our cars. My daughters car and our car are in easy reach of them and we would have no proof if they did anything. It's a deterrent and will give me peace of mind.
It will also cover us if they try and accuse us of anything. Teddy will not be blamed for barking when it's the dog 3 doors up, which is what I've noticed lately, since my attention has been drawn to barking dogs.

Wendy that is a brilliant idea, it will cover everything, so they can't accuse teddy of barking and if they do anything to your property or animals you can show it to the police. Good luck with that

We have CCTV at the front, so we can see who comes in the front gate or goes near the car. It's linked to the TV and if the TV is on, it'll automatically switch the channel to the camera. When the kids were little I found it invaluable when I was feeding them or trying to settle them. If the doorbell went, I could see if it was important and I needed to answer or whether to just ignore whoever it was and not disturb the baby.

I hope that your cameras will give you a piece of mind and if next door do try anything stupid, at least you'll have evidence.

I've got fingers and toes firmly crossed for you Wendy. I'm not going as far as to hold my breath though. They do sound like complete *ossers.

im so lucky that I have great naibours on both sides.
