A balcony or window? If it's a balcony you could maybe set up a secure pen where they could get some sun during the day. If it's a large window you could maybe put their enclosure by the window, but only when it is open or the sun may get too hot and kill them also the UV rays wont filter through the glass.
Just another idea for you to consider.
