Hi Carl
it looks like the leaf from a buttercup plant possibly creeping buttercup(ranunculus repens ) toxic but have known tortoises eat it with no ill affect

ok cheers darren ill avoid feeding that.
I have an overgrown garden yet im having troube finding a variety of weeds to feed my torts so thought ive post pics of the crap growing in my garden.

Thats what I was thinking Darren, buttercup. But the picture was not as clear as my eyes need<g>.

it also looks a little like geranium leaf too.
When you take a picture of a plant, it would be helpful if you took a picture of the whole
plant in situ would be even better. Gives a clearer idea of what it could be.

the whole plant looked the same sandy but i will bear that in mind.
the problem is the garden is a jungle and i am using a phone cam so it ewouldnyt be easy to see the plant
