Where have all my weeds gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I came home to find a very pleased other half informing me that she had cut down my 5ft tall thistles which I was lovingly cultivating and had weeded the garden because it was getting unsightly.
Don't get me wrong she loves the tortoises too but the garden was annoying her. What lengths would you go to to stop your other half from weeding your precious weeds? I was contemplating sabbotaging the lawnmover so that the weeds in the lawn would have a chance to grow. lol What would you do? Ade

I cut the fuel line on the lawn mower because my roommate kept mowing my clover and dandelions.

I have the same problem with my husband, who is a bit of a tidy freak<g>. If he mows the lawn
he has to trim the edges. Then takes out all if any weeds as he goes. I nag!! He doesnt even save the weeds for the tortoises. I just try and mow before he does<vbg>.

Did your other half at least save the weeds??? Mum always saves any weeds for the torts and as long as the weeds arent all over the garden I'm ok my torotise enclousures are mine and she doesnt touch them. And I mow the lawn so I can save some weeds first.

I managed to save a few of the weeds guys, but had more cultivating out of sight so wasn't caught short of them.
Plenty of them out and about too, so they wouldn't have had to eat salady rubbish. Post was for a bit of fun too to see what you would all do if it happened to you. lol Thanks for your replies. Ade
