Tortoise claws..

Guys my tort Turbo has 4 claws on both front legs as normal but on his back legs only has 3, the 4 claw is their bust never grew.. why is this? :S ill try upload a pic if i can tomorrow.

one of my hermans has this aswell, i dont know the reason for it but it doesnt seem to bother them so i wouldnt worry

My Hermanns has 2 claws fused together on one of his back legs but it doesn't bother him at all
