Hi - this looks fab! Did you build it on top of slabs & fill with top soil or does it have a base? I have not made my permanent enclosure yet & this looks great & just as I was planning on doing. Well done!

The pen sits directly onto the slabs of our back yard - we don't have a garden. So the slabs that you can see is what is covering the whole yard. We did however attach the green chicken wire to the base so that if the torts do dig down there is no way they can get underneath and escape
