Another great example of Arcadia customer service
Last week my Arcadia D3 160w bulb blew. I only bought it from Surrey Pet Supplies in October so I knew it was still under guarantee and immediately contacted them to arrange replacement. One phone call and email later I was told they were out of stock but would arrange for one to be shipped to me direct from Arcadia.
It has just arrived by overnight delivery. You just can't beat Surrey Pet Supplies and Arcadia for customer service which is why I don't bother searching the web for other suppliers when I need a bulb! |

I had two damaged ones from surrey pet supplies but thank fully the supplier sent me a replacement
