Default Any Advice?

I kinda feel like I'm about to have some sort of mental breakdown. Has anyone got any advice on how to prevent this? I'm not joking!

If you feel that bad I would see your GP as soon as possible. If you need to talk to someone you could call the samaritans. http://www.samaritans.org/ They don't judge, they just listen. It often helps to talk things through with someone.

I have been through depression and I promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel, I have now been off my anti-depressants for two months and feel great. I have counselling sessions, but I think I may be ready to be discharged on Monday. I would suggest you go to your GP and get they're help...if you want to pm me you can x

Lee.....some good advice there sweetie.....I also had a really serious bout of depression and thought I was going to have a breakdown....there is light at the end of the tunnel....I know it doesnt seem like it at the minute but it will get better....you are the only person that can sort it though......am here if you want to chat.....dont be so hard on yourself either...the hardest part is admitting you ve got a problem and you ve done that. I d be making another GP appointment asap xx

Hi, just to say rest as much as possible, don't take on anything else, certainly not anything that will cause anxiety. Can you get out of bed? You do need to see your doctor quickly and ask for help. Hopefully, the mental health team will be able to offer some help and support. Try to find at least one person you can talk to on the phone. Sometimes you can get to the stage when you don't want to talk to anyone outside the house, so try and keep at least one contact and it sounds as if you have some other friends on here. There are others of us who have been there and come through.

Checking his profile he's not been on since just after making this post. Has anyone got more direct contact, like a phone number or address?
