I am a terrier girl myself.
Jack Russel Terriers rule IMO They are cheeky, stubborn , clever, cute, full of energy. Jacks aren't for everyone as boy you certainly know you have a dog with a JRT, but I wouldn't be with out You need to work out which sort of breed would suit you the best You need to research dogs of
As for a dog or bitch? I have always had dogs, wouldn't contimplate a bitch. Owners who have always had bitches would never contimplate a dog, in most cases. You will never get a definate answer to that question

My partners friend has a boxer & hes had her since she was a pup, he loves her to bits but god is she a horrible nasty dog, shes attacked her owner my partners friend, and whenever any1 goes in the house or even outside she will go for anyone, she snarls barks and even goes to bite u, i wont ever go to the house now. She has been well looked after though and brought up properly but shes just pure evil & should be put down before she kills someone especially if she can hurt her owner. I like jack russells as my friend has 3 and they are cute but im abit scared as i got attacked by one when i was a child & still have the scar on my finger. My fav dogs to have would be a Border collie,Labrador, chihuahua, bichon friese.

i think some dogs are born bad, and some are bad through human influences.
i have been told that the dogs temperament will be like the parent's , so if the parents are a bit aggresive or nervouse, this can be genetically passed on to the pup. however some dogs are lovely, untill they get in the wrong hands.

its not possible to "baby" all dogs, some need a very firm hand, you have to be the alpha
and most "issues/fears" with dogs are implanted within the first 12 weeks of their lives |
