Default Tiny French THH bebe

A tortoise in France produced three very small eggs and the keeper incubated them. One of them hatched a tiny but apparently healthy baby of 2 grammes. Yes 2. A more typical weight for a Testudo hermanni Hermani baby would be 8g and up.

I had one hatch that was very small - I called her Penny, coz she was the size of a 1 pence piece when she hatched, she has now grown into a normal size little tortie
