Default veggie patch

hi all i now in middle of doin my veggie patch and was wondering if hope my horsfeild tortois could live in the veggie patch ok, im growing potatoes carrots swede and runner bean this year along with some herb ie basil sage an so on if she can this will be brill as it is nice and secure with nie size fench around it with a strawberry net over top,

Potatoes are tubers so will be toxic, runner beans are high in protein, and root vegetables are not good for them either:0(
It would be a nightmare to find him if he dug down when temps dip.
