So whats the bloody difference between a specimen and transaction cert as the pancake certs are transaction, due to their rarety, its all mumbo jumbo to me

Lol its probably just as much mumbo jumbo to the person who issues the certs
The pancake certs might be in a higher catagorie than most meds.
DEFRA is a farce sometimes.

I have a tort that has already been chipped.The art 10 does stay with the tort and no name change is needed. The only thing you have to do is ring and change the details with petlog to your name and address.

Yes i think its around a tenner

Also i now get what defra was trying to tell me now
Theres 2 types of certs, one being transaction for unchipped torts and the other being specimen when chipped, im a complete noob
