Perhaps all the hidden members are just thick....like me

and dont look further than the ends of their noses!

Count me in with the thickies! I had no idea about showing or hiding your online status until I saw this thread. I assumed that my name didn't come up as being online because well, I know I'm online, don't I?? I just assumed everyone saw everyone else's names and not their own because they would (hopefully!) know they were online themselves as looking at the homepage would be bit of a give away!

Now everyone's going to see how much time I spend on here

I use the hide option on all the forums I go on, I have my reasons for this too

...But hey, didnt ya know...its sexy, dangerous etc

. to use the "cloaking device"...what a laugh

There's no need to hide anyway, you can look round as a guest and no one knows who's there (not that I do lol

thats what i genrally do before logging in as it that way you know if you need to reply to anything
