I suppose if I cast my mind back to when I was new here, I thought what I was doing was right. But. The more things I asked the more knowledge I gained and i think you get to a point where you do feel confident to then share with others.
I would say though that in the beginning, what I thought was right was total crap. So I'm glad that then, at that point that I didn't advise people of anything. I was more inclined to listen to the majority, or owners of torts with years of experience to call upon or lots of posts then someone maybe who had just joined. But that's not to say they shouldn't be heard. But we all start from somewhere and I've seen lots of people flourish since joining and now aren't afraid to participate and advise. Experience can be a vital part though for someone who is all about the worrying (like me still sometimes now) as the confidence that the experienced have,is what you yourself want at the end of the day. xx Last edited by yuna1971; 17-05-2011 at 09:54 PM. |

also if u write what you think is the right thing to do - and it is not great - it gives those with experience the oppotunity to advice a different or better way - all part of the learning curve
