Happy Day
Had a lovely day in the sun today with Marly. Its only her third time out for any length of time, since I got her (Dec 09)
Last couple of times she didn't appear very impressed. In fact I was a little worried about her. Today, wow, what a change, she loved it. She was exploring everywhere and looking confident and happy. It was really lovely to see her enjoying the sun and fresh air. When I brought her in she promptly fell asleep, pooped out and happy. Only downside of the day was presenting her with her first dandelion flower, which I was excited about, and which she totally ignored Can't win em all. |

Its great to get them out, had Willow out for a half hour today, but the sun was in and out too much, freezing when it went away!

Message for Marly
Hi there
My name's Jane and I'm a freelance journalist: I write for the women's magazines. One of the magazines I write for, Real People, has a pets' page called Animal Crackers and I just wondered whether Marly might be right for it: I know they're looking for tortoise stories at the moment. Anyway, if you'd like to have a chat about Marly appearing in the mag, please do email me on commonjane@hotmail.com or call me on 07967 272369! Many thanks and I hope to hear from you, JaneX |
