I went down last week and fetched a number of tortoises that we have found homes for through our rehoming programne. It is very sad down there for both of them and a shame that is has ended this way.

They had 2 beautiful leopard tortoises there called Annie and Dave.
Does anyone know what happened to them? Good to hear that many have been rehomed. |

Don't quite understand why they are being rehomed without contacting local people who made enquiries? There are several of us who live very near the Sanctuary whose emails and phone messages weren't followed up at all.How did it work for those who have managed to rehome?
