cleaning indoor enclosures
hi
how often do you completely change the substrate in an indoor enclosure i haved reds and keep humidity high remove left over food wash food slate dayly change fresh water dayly was just wandering about the rest of substrate say if poo gets mixed with substrate will it go off as yet poos have been in bath or on slate thanks |

I do a spot clean a couple of times a day. I clean out completly every month or so.

i clean out completely every month and a half i think. but i obviously keep on top of food and poo etc.

Hi Linda, i clean daily poo's and excesss weeds.
Major clean up in mine is done every two months max, your nose will let you know when aswell, so you might have to do it sooner, it depends how much they wee in the table top really cos the poo's aren't left to smell as they are taken daily and disposed of. Ade
