What an image!
Eight inches is a huge wound! Hope the drains do their work and there’s no need for further hospital stays.

You must be quite thin by now, would any of us even recognise you anymore? There are comments I could make about the condoms, but I won’t ! As for the 8inches, that’s well I mean , showing off or what, or are you going for a record . Get well soon Gordon

Well I was thinking I had had a good night when I woke up with them stuck to me.

But all those cute nurses I should be so lucky.

It's been very quiet in here the last couple days. I hope that means everyone is real busy and doesn't have the time to chat. Gordon? Are you ok?

I'm alive just.
Came out of hospital new years eve and have the most sore and uncomfortable drains in my side one of which was taken out yesterday.
I was expecting the worst but to be honest it wasn't to bad but the hole is really sore today.
The other drain they want to leave in for two more weeks.
If I said I was feeling fine I would be lying my head is all over the place again so have an appointment booked at Drs and I'm now suffering with a lot of pain in all my joints and my hands in particular.
I feel broken now

Sorry to read that, Gordon. Do you think you may have developed fibromyalgia? I think your infections and stress levels might have been a catalyst.
Hope you manage to have a good chat with the dr and get something to help you out of this fog of pain and pressure. x
