Kind of yes..Since i joined at the wrong time..it meant the two other chaps i work with are on 15k more then me a year for doing the same job..so after winning a greivence against the NHS but only going up two points in the banding..i chose to depart sadly..was more involved but dont wish to moan about it hehe..

Hi Adam,

I am sure you will soon settle into your new job.

You have to be happy in what and where you work, so you must have had enough with the NHS like so many.

Go off and enjoy your holiday regardlesss of the weather and come back all refreshed, you will be ok I am sure.

Im back from my two weeks in antigua..such a great time, will post pics in a few days..hope i have not missed much and every one is ok
