Any one know a physio around worcester?

Strange request but its getting desperate lol :0 tried the bodybuilding forums im on so last attempt on here before i go nuts haha

Just over a month ago i was playing in a rugby match.

My arm was straight on a ruk holding it when some old git came round and tackled my arm and pushed it in the wrong direction

Ever since when i bring in my elbow to my shoulder, i get a straining pain pain in the elbow

Any one know a physio around the worcestershire area?

So frustrated

I don't but I have a suggestion. My daughters all do gymnastics and the club has a list of really good ones that they use. Why don't you have a look online and see if there are any gymnastics club in your area and give them a ring, I am sure they would help.

Never thought of looking for that, found a physio website but there site was broken grr. Ill give that a go in the morning tho, thanks for the tip

What about in the rugby club Adam, we have a physio in our club, ask amongst the local club to see if there is a physio there

I play for Worcester but the physio's wont be about till pre season which starts in a month.

Just with me playing rugby twice a week and hitting the gym , was hoping to try get it looked at before hand
