Hertfordshire Hatchlings?
I'm based in Hertfordshire and am looking for a Med hatchling. Was considering driving to Basildon Wilton pets as they seem to be closest shop - but was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere closer?
Thanks Mim. |

stay away from WILTONS...... they are bad news and the conditions theyre torts are in is BAD.....
If you want one from a shop try Japanese Koi Carp in Bedford (Henlow) |

Thanks for that advice - and Henlow is very much closer for me. I'm not in love with the idea of using a shop and would much rather find a breeder - but so far all I have seen on the "For Sale" section are a very long way. Hoping someone see's this thread... Thanks for your reply.

Your welcome,
I think torts from shops are ok, as long as you check the vitals and make the best at home in conditions that best suit your tortoise. A lot of people have them from shops and theyre torts are just fine. Good luck |

Hi,
It's a little out of your way but I can recommend Barbara Ashford who's details can be found on the attached link. http://www.shelledwarriors.co.uk/sit...ders_List.html I got the train up from London for some of Barbara's tortoises. Well worth the extra miles. |
