I assume they prefer warm-blooded meat so the torts are safe, but I would not want one in my garden.
My eldest lives on a large country estate and he’s forever sending photos of adders and grass snakes when he’s out and about. He thinks he’s the snake whisperer.

My goodness I'm exhausted with IMGUR what are they doing with their product !! Emma the little mouse is to the left of the light coloured pot - you can make out two little eyes ! I think he may have competition now though !
