That could be anything though, it could just be not having article 10's in the correct name, to illegally smuggled torts.

He did have a big pile of article 10s when I got Tommy, i'm worried it might be fake now

I'd expect him to have a pile pf article 10's, did they have his name on them as seller though, or the name of the importer(assuming it wasn't him)

He may well have not been changing to his name before he sold the torts.

They did have his name on I will scan it onto my pc so you guys can have a look and see if its genuine or not cos I don't have a clue what they are supposed to say and look like lol

He didn't even need to give you an article 10 to be honest, just be in possesion of one for the tortoise he was selling. So I wouldn't worry about that. I'm sure there must be some other irregularities.

I would bet it's down to being a bit lazy in doing some paperwork rather than something like smuggling torts into the country in his underpants. He hasn't actually been found guilty of anything yet of course

Like you I really thought I'd done my research how wrong I was. Can't express how happy I am this has happned. When I recieved my tort I was not happy with her health numerous phone calls to his man to ask for help his reply was send her back and I'll give her some anti b's or you can have your money back. Ohh i thought about buying from there, i'm pleased i decided to stay local and go to the pet shop on our town!!

Any "Pet shop" is a NO GO!! Most are imported!! I bought from A Breeder...A recommended Breeder, where you are safe

My Teddy is Healthy and UK CB

I can assure you Hettie was not imported, she was bred in the UK, i would have bought from a breeder had i known any but i didn't at the time.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and i would encourage anyone else buying a tort to go to a breeder.
