Worms?

Hello,

I have a 2-year old Med. Spur Thigh. While bathing her this morning I noticed this little 'thread' coming out of her rear end. She's on a purely weed diet, so I guess this could be vegetable matter in 'strand' form but am just worried that it might be worms?

She otherwise seems very well and extremely active.

Any advice/guidance/opionions very welcome.
