well got up this morning and went shopping for turf but could not find any. came home with two chicory plants and some rapid growing grass seed.

tom and I then went out into garden to try and finish the run before we went off to my parents for lunch.

we got the trellis work up in between the showers but tom is not 100% happy with it so wants to spend some more time on it this week.

I have put down some weed seeds in one area and grass seeds in another area. plus I had a play around with trying to make the enlosure interesting. still needs some more work before we can introduce our guest. plus we still need to make a house.

I will post some more photos later on too dark now we are back from mums

It should be fine, just be sure to disinfect it, you can buy a certain product from horsefeed suppliers, it comes in sachets and you dilute it in to a watering can and then pour it over the area, its compeltely safe for tortoises and is good for when a new tortoise moves into an other tortoises ex-habitat or just to keep infection away, i forget the name of it- but it comes in a bright pink sachet with silver bits on it, and i htink it has yellow on it to...

Do you mean Virkon?
Thats a powder that you can dilute for use as a disinfectant or as a shampoo for guineas with mites!
