It looks good. The only thing I will say is be careful there are no sharp edges on the arch of the pot as the snails could injur themselves.

yeah its smooth i sanded it yesterday i d'nt have the snails yet getting them tuesday

i have lamps which give out heat and i have moved the tank into the kichen because it is warmer the temp in the tank is about 25c

kitchen sounds a good idea
i never used lamps for heat because i think the constant glare is not necessarily a natural thing for snails i had a heat mat positoned on the outside of the back wall of the viv and behind this has a thick piece of insulation so that the heat was directed into the tank the substrate at the back of the tank was then warm and moist and the substrated at the front was cooler giving the snails a choice |
