My sister massaged my back with some special oils and that got me going with the first one (although not intentional)
Good luck |

Good luck Sarah and Andy - I know it will be great! My first grandchild is due to be born in less than a month, so I've been viewing you as a test case, Sarah <vbg>. My son and his partner live in Egypt, so it's been great to have someone closer to home that is going through the same things (albeit two weeks earlier), and I've loved reading your progress reports. You're a star on this forum, and you'll be a star on the maternity ward!

Try going on a nice long walk. It helps to move the babys head down

Yay!! Thats so fantastic!
"Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain which is thought to help to soften the cervix and so bring on labour. " "Have some intimate time with your partner. Sexual arousal and the prostaglandins in seamen are proven to increase the likelihood of you going into labour. Just about any kind of lovemaking can help so do whatever you feel comfortable with. It is much better if you do go into labour yourself, you are likely to need less pain relief and have less medical intervention so it is worth a try!" ^ I've seen this one on alot of websites =o I always thought it was a no no, but apparently it's a gooden :P
