Default 'Bran' substrate for livefoods

hey guys

Can someone tell me how/what/where to buy this 'bran' that is use as a substrate for livefoods.

Go to the supermarket and buy cheap porridge oats and cheap weetabix and scrunch them up and mix it together...sssoooooo much cheaper and they love it... I mix nutrobal in to it so they are nice and healthy to feed to my lot

Saves us an absolute fortune...we have dustbins full of meal worms, morio worms and wax worms breeding so it would cost hundreds to use shop bought stuff

Bran is like 80P a Kilo, porridge and weetabix must cost more than that.
