I certainly wouldnt go with the percentage of sale thing, it is far too risky getting your money back. I would expect to sell them to her and then the mark up is up to her.

you just sell to her at the price you want and then she sells them for what she likes easy as, dont forgetthough if she has 3 or 4 shops you might have to supply quite a bit of stock to her

My mum is an artist and some people ask for 25 - 30% which i think is too much

Wow thanks for all the advice everyone ! I just knew you would all help me . This is a great community to be part of. So far it may all have been a storm in a teacup... the lady hasn't called and I don't have any contact details for her. But I did two craft fayers today which made some spending money for our holiday to Ireland in a weeks time. I think the selling the cards to the lady is the better option you are right,. Otherwise the whole counting and restocking plus working out percentages is a real pain in the bum. I will let you know if anything comes of it.

Lloyd you are right too, it would be quite a bit of work to fill four shops. I reckon I can do it, but whether there would be enough left over for the fayers I don't know and I love the fayers, it's kind of become part of my social life!!

We will see
