Hi, we would need to know more detail about his setup to be able to advise you, is he indoors on a table or outside? What are the temps you have him at? Etc

Tortoises this time of the year should be outside enjoying the sunshine. Burying down is a sign your tortoise is too hot or too cold. But as has been said we need to know more about your setup. Temps? housing? Diet? inside or out? Runny nose? Clear bright eyes? Sorry but all of these are needed to be able to help:0)
