No, I don't know what sort, I would just like a tortoise, is that the only breeders in the country?

Not on the breeders list yet but i breed iberas, hermanns and red foots.
I have hermann eggs no iberas and a couple of red foots ready to hatch any day.

I would suggest researching into different species before you look for a breeder. There are loads of different ones with varying requirements.

How many breeders do you want<g>?
As Peter has said, you need to do some research on what sort of tortoise you want, and the tortoises needs. Also the cost.
You cant just buy a tortoise without the correct set up.
You also cant just put it in the garden.
Two good sites to look at other than this one are www.thetortoisehouse.com and www.tortoises.net .
