Thanks everyone! I have only just seen these messages, and it was really kind of you to remember me! My son from Cairo was here for a few days training, and I think it is about the first time in fifteen years that he's been with me on my birthday. We went out for a super meal, and then over the next few days my friends took me out for meals, so now I am feeling very happy (but old and fat from all the extra food)!
