Very interesting subject pellets or weeds. I must confess to not knowing much on the subject. But, has anyone considered the fat and protein content in the make up of the Mazuri pellets? Will a natural wild tort diet contain these elements? Interested in your thoughts.

I really don't know what the fat/protein content should be for any tortoise.

What I do know is that the diets I work with have been tweeked over the years to where they are very close to a good ratio.

A very important point is that the elements provided seem to come very close to what a tortoise would find in the wild as is evident in the growth of the animals.
