I would say thats quite expensive, but as enclosures go not too bad.

Its alot cheaper, and the enclosure will be moe suited to your size needs, to make your own.
If you can't make your own, PM me, i know someone who makes amazing tortoise tables to your size and weight needs (like if you want a portable one), and can add anything you need (not electrical things, but more the likes of a wire mesh over the top and a built in bedroom.
