Default 2 new additions

well saw an ad on a local for sale site and couldn't help getting them to ad to my group.

advertised as male and female (7 years old) I got a shock when I turned them over and found 2 females my males going to be over the moon when these join him and the other 2 girls LOL.

pics are of the set up I bought them in (pics that were advertised) 1 of the females has a slightly overgrown top beak but we will soon sort that our once they've settled in.

Great that they have come to a home that will house and feed them as they deserve

their shells arnt as good as they could of been had been fed on iceberg lettuce and tortoise pellets although only lettuce in with them on collection.

going to give them a few weeks to settle then worm them and get them chipped.

but I did get them for a silly low price.

they haven't been neglected just she was given poor advice when she bought them she seemed really pleased they were going to someone who new a bit about them.

They look lovely, shame about their shells but I'm sure they will be much happier and healthier with you. Well done for giving them a home and good luck with settling them in with your others, I know my (rather virile) hermanns boy would be excited if some ladies came to live with him too!

thanks Natassia.

had a go out filing her top beak this morning to my surprise she just sat there with her head out whilst I filed it, it will take a few more sessions to get it to where I want it to be but it makes life so much easyer that she co-operates.

my male is very! active so the addition of 2 new girls should give my other two a bit of a rest from him.
