I'm currently reading and eating my way through Hugh Fernley Whittingstalls - River Cottage veg every day. Its the best vegetarian cookbook I've ever read. Recommend it.

I just made broad bean and baby carrot risotto! so nice and better than Quorn.

I'd like to be reading the Tortoise trust Newsletter which has been promised for ages by Andy Highfield. I am told, that it has a very good article by Dr Mark Webb on Hingeback tortoises.
Hopefully, if the management of the TT get their finger out and post this. Members might be a little less frustrated!

Forgetting the hype about the films Twilight is a beautifully written book, and I read all four books in 8 days

I am now reading Eldest by Christopher Paolini from the Inheritance Cycle really enjoying them I will let you know when I have complete the series

If you like the Twilight books, I would recommend The Host also by Stephanie Meyer....which is brilliant. I prefer it to the Twilight books actually. They are actually making the film The Host too.

I'm reading Inheritance , the 4th book in what was supposed to be a trilogy! from Christopher Paolini It's great, The 1st was Eragon, then Eldest, Brisinger and now Inheritance. Absolutely loved them all and this one isn't disappointing me either.

It's about Dragons, Dragon Riders, Elves, Dwarfs, Magic etc. Reminds me a bit about Lord of the Rings

Sounds fabulous! I'm going to suggest these to my eldest son.
