Default Guess?????

Was jsut testing people knowledge , these are some resent eggs laid by one of my animals, cna anyone guess wot eggs they are, the eggs are the black things.

Knowing nothing about insects, which I'm guessing they belong to, I'll say stickinsect. I dont mind looking stupid Other than that some kinda bug

Bit difficult to see, but my first thought was stick insect too (Indian?).

yep stick insect, but from indonesian ones, pretty rare to get in the u.k. now as i only know one other person who breeds them, weldone daisy. carriemags, there similar to indian ones but these stick grom up mto 30 cm's and can fly.

cheers, despite them being pretty rare i have found that these eggs are quite easy to hatc out altho it's about 1.5 years to hatch out so it's a bit of wiating i have to do.

they get misted daily and are kept in a plastic fish tank in the window sil until they hatch, i just add more eggs into the tank as they are layed. one adult will lay about 100 eggs within a year and i have 16 adults so ur looking at a few eggs.
