Yeah well done sarah, looking good. you looked pretty smart at size 18 too though lass.

I would have to wait a long time for my 'after' picture

3 or 4 stone I could do to get rid of, I've collected that over a number of years though. I am on a high calorie, high fat diet and love fish suppers
