Thanks indeed, for the offer. Transport to and from hotels will be important. As for the friday night? I am very sure that the European visitors will come into the Stansted/Harlow /Ongar area.
Stansted is I think proving popular because of the transit links, Air, rail and Coach!
Jo Jeynes, has got a list of recommended hotels being sent out with booking details, but I am sure further information will follow in the near future.

We were also thinking of coming up on the friday night so would intereseted to know if there is going to be a meet up.

I agree with this Rom but we all need to be in hotels close to each other. The travel inn is cheap and close by. We need to make a decision as a group so we can book.

I sense, that Friday night will be a moveable feast. With delegates coming from across Europe, Asia, USA and of course, the UK various arrival times and hotel venues will be used on the Friday night.
As such, I suggest the arrangements for meeting on the Friday night needs to be pretty flexible. However, in contrast, the Saturday night is a more formal gathering being arranged currently by Turtlejo on RFUK. details of this exciting event will follow shortly. Again, in terms of hotel accommodation, whilst there are going to be a number of recommended hotels sent out with the booking forms, my sense is that a good number of delegates will make their own arrangements by choice?
