Greetings from sunny South Florida, USA!

My name is Art, I have been a keeper/breeder for a year or 40, initially with boids & colubrids and lately chelonids and Cyclura. My current collection consists of several species of South American, Asian, African and Madagascan torts and a dozen Cyclura.

I joined SW in hopes of learning new perspectives in tortoise husbandry (you know how stubborn those yanks are!) and possibly contribute a little in the process...

You'll need to omit mosquitoes, heat, humidity, hurricanes, sand burrs, wildfires and other 'perks' from your pros & cons list but the sunshine makes up for all of it!
