The surprise guest is now revealed and what a wonderful tortoise the Aldabran is. Thank you for posting the photographs, they are lovely.

I counted 72 people at the meeting and the speaker was great, we learnt so much and it was good to see so many tortoise lovers all together. Thank you to all who shared their experiences with others, it is such a good way of helping people. The local press came and it will appear in this weeks local paper.

There are 4 more meetings before the year is out and I hope many more SW will be coming along.

Glad everyone had a great time, the hard work was well worth it.
