Do limestone flour and cuttlefish provide the same thing??

Cuttlefish is not as good as limestone flour in my opinion. It is suposed to be harder for the digestive system to use, its generally called a secondary rate calcium for this reason......but it is still worth having as it also keeps beaks nice and trim.

hope that helps
