Default What Torch to use to Candle Eggs

Just wondering what type of torch to use to candle eggs?
Most of the torches in the shops are LED type, would these very bright lights damage an embryo?

hi i also use a maglite solitaire now ,thanks to Danny's advice, probably a couple of years ago .it has opened up a whole new world, certainly a lot easier to tell whats going on and when to expect a litle visitor.i used to have a wooden box with a light bulb in and a small hole to rest the egg on .far to risky an you had to be quick because of the heat.
