Just a thought, what about thick Lino , that would work wouldn't it.

I have used vinyl tiles from the pound shop with duck tape overseams on floor to stop water seeping through, this has worked well Suze & they were £1 for pack of 6!

Looks great by the way Ross - I am a regular in the clearance corner of our local tile shack, the blokes there must think here she is again that nutty woman who comes in to buy miss matched tiles @ 10peach every few months!!! ( I usually tread on them in greenhouse)
