Question Recommended books for beginners??

Hello

Does anyone recommended any books for a newbie? We have read a couple of books and lots off the internet but would love a couple of good reference books to have to hand for future use.

We are hoping to purchase a Horsfield Tortoise this week hence why a couple of recommended books would be great.

Thank you

Vicky

meditteranean tortoise by lance Jepson is very good and also the new one by the tt called "keeping a pet Tortoise" is not bad either.

Keep in mind this is a TT advertisement. It stresses very specific points and is not a general source for information in keeping tortoises. It omits a good deal of useful information.
