need advice- my adult reds gone all weird and im worried sick- shes just started shaking and has been digging a hole for past half hour in the sub- its quite large now! any ideas?

and heres the last one- what is she up to! it doesnt look very deep on pictures but shes got at least 4 inches down and shes still shaking! what should i do?

Is she digging with one leg and balancing on the other, the she swaps over?
She could be just wobbling with balancing on one leg if that makes sense.
