Default Adult female aggressive to male

I have introduced an adult male I acquired last year into to my group of female horsfields.

My first question is any advice to get him interested in the females as he has not naturally taken to be with the girls as a lot of males do

Secondly, the largest female has taken a particular disliking to him and started ramming him, any suggestions, she is generally ok with the other females.

Thanks

How big is he Alex? Well he's new and the large female is dominant and is telling him to go away its her territory.

You might have better luck with the male back on his own (in his own territory) and introduce the females to him one at a time.
